Neuravant Accessibility

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the accessibility scanning, remediation and monitoring services provided by Neuravant Accessibility (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a scan, purchasing a service, or subscribing to monitoring, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Automated scanning has limits. Automated tools detect only machine-testable accessibility issues — roughly 30–50% of WCAG 2.2 success criteria. A clean scan does not by itself establish conformance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) or EN 301 549; full conformance also requires manual and assistive-technology testing. Our reports are risk information, not legal advice, and do not guarantee any legal or regulatory outcome.

2. Your responsibilities

You may only request scans or monitoring for websites you own or are otherwise authorised to test. You are responsible for ensuring you have that authority. You agree not to use the service to test third-party sites without permission, to attempt to overload or disrupt the service, or to circumvent its rate limits or access controls.

3. Subscriptions, pricing and billing

Subscription prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices shown are indicative and, for remediation and agency work, may be finalised by written quote depending on store size and scope. Applicable taxes (including VAT) may be added at checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a monitoring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable. One-off remediation work is refundable only where it has not yet commenced. To cancel or request a refund, email team@neuravant.ai.

5. Service availability

We aim to provide the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scans depend on the target website being reachable; if a site blocks automated access or is unavailable, a scan may be incomplete or fail. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

Reports we deliver are for your internal use and, for agency plans, for delivery to your own clients. The underlying scanning tools, software and templates remain our property. You may not resell the raw service or reverse-engineer it.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from your (non-)compliance with the EAA or any other law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Not legal advice

We are not a law firm and nothing we provide is legal advice. Penalty figures referenced on our site are indicative maxima drawn from national transpositions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and public reporting, and vary by jurisdiction, turnover and severity. For a definitive assessment of your legal obligations, consult a qualified lawyer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
