Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Neuravant Accessibility (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website, request a free scan, or subscribe to monitoring, and how we handle it. We are the data controller for that data. For any privacy request, contact team@neuravant.ai.
1. What we collect
| Data | When / why |
|---|---|
| Name, email, website URL, whether you sell to the EU | When you submit the free-scan or onboarding form, so we can run the scan and reply to you. |
| IP address and submission timestamp | Collected with form submissions to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits. |
| Scan results | We fetch and analyse publicly accessible pages of the URL you submit and store the resulting accessibility findings, grade and risk score. For monitoring customers we also keep historical snapshots to show what changed over time. |
| Subscription details | For paid plans, we receive your email, chosen plan and subscription status from our payment processor. |
Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored or seen by us.
2. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to scan requests and deliver reports — legitimate interests, and, for paid work, performance of our contract with you.
- To provide and bill monitoring subscriptions — performance of a contract.
- To prevent abuse, spam and fraud — legitimate interests.
- To send you service and (where relevant) occasional related communications — legitimate interests; you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with (processors)
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf under contract:
- Cloudflare — website and application hosting, KV storage, headless-browser scanning, and the Turnstile anti-bot check on our forms.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend — delivery of transactional email (reports and notifications).
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) apply.
4. Retention
We keep lead and scan data only as long as needed for the purpose collected. Monitoring data (subscriber details and historical snapshots) is kept for the life of your subscription and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
5. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email team@neuravant.ai. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We keep this minimal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, used to stop bots on our forms, may set a token and process limited device and network signals for that purpose. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to function.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
